Since our launch in 2008, we have grown into one of London's leading sushi chains, offering both dine-in and delivery experiences. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a passionate **HR and Office Support Coordinator **to join our thriving team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, innovative business and contribute to our continued growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Payroll Management**: Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing on Sage 50 Payroll, while maintaining compliance with UK payroll legislation.
- **General HR Support**: Assist with recruitment, onboarding on Planday, employee relations, and maintaining accurate HR records.
- **Project Work**: Take part in special projects that support business growth, including process improvements and new HR initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- **Degree** in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience** in the **hospitality** or **retail** industry is essential.
- Strong understanding of payroll legislation and sponsorship processes.
- Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Must be comfortable working **fully on-site** in our North London office.

Pay: Up to £36,000.00 per year
