**The Opportunity**:
The Dick Vet Equine Practice, (R(D)SVS) is seeking an experienced equine veterinary surgeon to join our friendly team, starting as soon as possible. This is a full-time position and an exciting opportunity to take an integral role in our equine first opinion service, based at the Equine Hospital on the Easter Bush Campus, just outside Edinburgh.
**Your skills and attributes for success**:
- Motivated and enthusiastic member of RCVS, or eligible to register
- A veterinary graduate with postgraduate experience in first opinion equine practice
- Full valid UK driving licence, as this role is primarily ambulatory
- An ability to work alone but also to supervise and instruct students
- The commitment to developing excellent working relationships with colleagues and clients
