**Job Description**:

- Monitor budgets and run calculations
- Organise courier and freight imports and exports
- Support with technical control inclusive of C-Trackers, planning permissions, permits
- Raising purchase orders and running reports
- Order and source materials incl. goods for site, components for fixtures
- Managing hire equipment and skips
- Liaise with suppliers/subcontractors to build relationships and maintain accurate information
- Support project managers throughout their project lifecycle

Role Requirements
- Good written and communication skills
- Willing to learn AMS system
- The ability to prioritise and juggle multiple tasks
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel
- Able to work independently and as a team
- Have the will to succeed
- A conscientious and committed individual

Full training will be provided

Office based in Abingdon.

Working hours are 08:30 -17:00, Monday to Friday

Salary £23,000 - £26,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits

All applicants must have full working rights within the UK.
