**Field Sales Executive - Carrington - GBP 45,000 - 50,000 Plus Bonus and Other Benefits**

Are you an experienced Field Sales Executive with a proven track record? Have you got B2B experience? Do you have excellent Data Analysis skills? If so, this could be the role for you
My client is looking for an experienced Field Sales Executive to join their team. They are looking for someone with a proven track record in field sales, self-motivated, results orientated in a niche sector. By using a logical, disciplined and methodical approachto selling, you will use your B2B sales experience to deliver an outstanding level of customer care and generate new business.

**Responsibilities**:
**Meet customers regularly to understand their needs and desires
**Generate new business to fuel growth and success
**Convert prospects into customers and manage complex negotiations
**Analyze market trends and set price points to maximize profits
**Identify new opportunities in target markets and report findings
**Maintain records and design reports to ensure effective data utilization
**Meet and exceed sales targets, build relationships with customers, and attend external sales meetings
**Collaborate with customer support to ensure effective communication and synergy
**Lead/support projects and take a proactive sales approach
**Represent the business at conferences and networking events
**Learn from experienced team members and communicate with customers to establish annual sales budgets

**Requirements**:
**3+ years sales experience, exceeding targets
**Excellent communication and data analysis skills
**Active listening and strong persuasion abilities
**Initiative, enthusiasm, and organizational skills
**Proficiency with IT, budgeting, and report writing
**Technical aptitude, strong numerical and analytical skills, and engaging presentation skills
**Quick learner with B2B experience and the ability to build great rapport
**Full driving license and flexibility to travel locally and internationally.
