We are a village nursery setting, that is committed to serve our community, providing high quality care and education. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic to work alongside the team to deliver high quality teaching.

Your role is an important one, to be a good role model to young children, having a positive and helpful attitude. We will expect you to maintain a safe, caring and stimulating environment to develop young minds.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in early years settings.
- Plan and implement engaging educational activities that promote early childhood development.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to foster a supportive community.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, adapting strategies to meet individual needs.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of care and education.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the nursery.

**Qualifications**
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children and parents
- Knowledge of childcare practices and child development
- Leadership and management experience preferred
- Proficiency in English; driving skills are a plus
- Relevant certifications in early childhood education are advantageous

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Apprenticeship

Pay: From £23,000.00 per year
