**A Career as Unique as You Are**

As we excitedly look forward to our Workshop expansion this year, we are seeking an experienced **Production Coordinator** to join our Services Department. This newly created, integral role will ensure the implementation and maintenance of workflow and manufacturing systems, guaranteeing the efficiency of our supply chain.

An organised and enthusiastic individual, you will report directly to our Head of Service and will constantly be looking to uphold Laings brand standards, as well improve the efficiency of the Services channels. _Our Glasgow, Head Office team assist 37.5 hours per week_. _

**_Here is How We See Your Role: _**
- Collaborate with our Head of Service to accurately plan capacities and production life cycle.
- Work together with our Materials and Service Coordination teams.
- Proactively contribute to weekly production updates.
- Develop and expand on systems to manage and improve workflow.
- Implement and maintain location-based tracking system within the Services business.
- Planning, scheduling, and directing of work in line with workshop capacities.
- Ensure production schedule timelines are met.
- Coordinate our multi-functional barcode system.
- Proficiently provide workflow, performance and KPI analysis information.

**_The Perfect Person We are Looking For: _**
- Have a proven track record of workflow systems implementation.
- Prior experience with manufacturing and production systems.
- A comprehensive understanding of workflow management.
- Exceptional attention to detail and IT skills.
- An effective, friendly, and polite communicator with a ‘can do’ flexible manner.
