International organisation within the entertainment industry are looking to recruit an experience FTC Payroll Assistant working Fully Remote for a 6 month contract with a view to going permanent.

**Duties**:

- Setting up of all new starters onto the computer payroll system IRIS (EARNIE IQ)
- Process all P45/Starter Checklist forms
- Sending Payslips, P60’s and P45’s for the company
- Answering Payroll and AE queries
- Changing Tax and Student Loans accurately
- Variable pay input
- Liaising with staff on all PAYE and SCHD matters
- Complete the payroll run monthly for the production Staff - 4 Payrolls
- Pensions Auto enrolment experience an advantage
- Creating Journals and uploading to PMI account system
- General Admin
- Ad-hoc duties as directed by the Payroll Manager
- Administering the auto-enrolment function
- Be proactive in search of work

**Knowledge & Skills**:

- 2 years payroll experience
- Must have excellent Microsoft skills, in particular Excel with spreadsheets and formulas
- Able to use Microsoft Outlook
- Good telephone manner and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to work under pressure with accuracy and focus
- Good attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
- IRIS (EARNIE IQ) payroll knowledge would be an advantage
- Able to work both independently and within a team
- Proactive
- Able to maintain strict confidentiality

**Hours**:
9:30am to 6:00pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: £28,000.00 per year
