**Warehouse Operative**

**Location: Southampton**

**£12.50 per hour, shift: 15:30hrs - 01:30hrs.**

We are looking for an **enthusiastic and reliable Warehouse Operative** to join our Client's dynamic and fast-paced team.

In this role, you’ll be a vital part of daily operations—**picking, packing, loading, and dispatching orders** with speed and accuracy. You’ll also contribute to maintaining a **clean, safe, and well-organised warehouse environment**, while ensuring all company processes and procedures are followed consistently.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Use the warehouse management system to accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch
- Load and unload goods safely and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the warehouse
- Follow health & safety guidelines and company procedures
- Complete necessary paperwork and record-keeping as required

**What We're Looking For**:

- A positive, proactive attitude and strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Good physical fitness - this is an active, hands-on role
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial, but not essential
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced logistics environment
