**Job description**

Self Employed Private Investigator/ Case Manager required for initially part time work based in the UK.

Applicant ideally will have use of their own vehicle and full UK driving license.

**The Role**

The role will involve initial research and planning on cases and then the next stages of follow up investigation and case management.

You will never need to deal directly with clients and can concentrate on achieving amazing results on each case.

We work on various types of cases from Fraud through to Surveillance or Infidelity Investigations.

Reports must be neat, detailed and concise for all work and good reporting skills are vital.

**Experience Required**

Applicants must have extensive experience of criminal research and finding information using open source checks.

Also they must be experienced in performing social media research and initial planning investigations.

Ex police or experienced private detectives of at least 3 years + are preferred.

Good reporting skills and attention to detail a must.

Ideally applicants will be under their own self employment members of WAPI the ABI or a similar industry standards organisation.

**Essential Requirements**
- Equipment for gathering still and video evidence if needed as well as report writing and case research
- Own vehicle, suitable for surveillance (preferred) _**We will consider applicants who do not wish to partake in Surveillance and prefer at distance Investigation work**_
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Working history
- Willing to work throughout the UK and travel abroad if needed
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Full UK Driving License
**Pay Rates**

Investigations Hourly Rate: £20 - £25 per hour (plus travel time and mileage)
Surveillance Hourly Rate: £15 - £35 (plus travel time and mileage)
Tracker Deployment Hourly Rate: £20 (plus mileage)
Tracker Retrieval: - Hourly Rate: £20 (plus mileage)
Mileage: 25p per mile (after 25 miles has been traveled in any one day)

**Confidentiality**
You will be required to sign our confidentiality agreement and you will need 2 relevant references that we can contact.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months
Part-time hours: 10 - 20 per week

**Salary**: £15.00-£35.00 per hour
