**Graduate Teaching Assistant - Hayes**

**Are you looking for a Graduate Teaching Assistant position to support children? Have you had previous experience as a Graduate Teaching Assistant?**

Previous experience within a school setting as a Graduate Teaching Assistant is not essential but you will have had previous experience with children in some capacity. You must have a general understanding of what is required of you as a Graduate TeachingAssistant.

Graduates with no formal experience with children are welcome to apply, the school are keen to have recent graduates so long as you have experience with children in some capacity.

**The Role**:

- Graduate Teaching Assistant working with children to support their learning and development
- Preparing the classroom for lessons and tidying it up afterwards
- Lead the class during periods of the day the teacher may need to leave the classroom
- Motivating and encouraging students to achieve their true potential
- Support the teachers in different classes with preparing lessons and resources
- Work across different classes potentially depending on school requirements during the course of the school day

**Requirements**:

- Available to work 08:30 to 16:30, Monday to Friday
- Previous experience working with children in a school or alternate setting
- You ideally have previous experience as a Graduate Teaching Assistant or at the minimum have recent experience with children in some capacity
- Available full time for ideally long term contracts.

Pay rate is dependent on qualifications, experience and skills.
