**Job Summary**
This role provides essential support to the daily operations of the Hire Demo and Loan, Customer Support and Service Centre Functions. Key responsibilities include processing hire demo and loan orders, coordinating shipments, maintaining accurate inventory and documentation, managing internal communications and ensuring the day-to-day operations through effective scheduling and data entry.
**Key Responsibilities**
**Hire Demo and Loan**
- Process orders and prepare shipping documents to meet daily and weekly requirements.
- Accurately receipt company stock, Hire and Demo kits and accessories, paying particular attention to: Contents, serial/lot numbers, expiry dates, customer paperwork and worn/damaged items
- Generate accurate details of used consumables for invoicing.
- Compile reports as required by management.
- Conduct regular stock checks and audits to ensure accurate inventory, uphold product quality and manage safety stock replenishment when required.
- Learn product basics and functions to assist customers on their needs and pose service ideas.
- Keep Account Managers apprised of their customers’ requests and actively call on them for support and suggestions. Utilise management, peers and other inside personnel in Account Managers’ absence.
- Drive continuous improvement in our organisation’s stock process, creating accurate work instructions where required and identifying areas of improvement to increase workflow.
**Customer Support**
- Use packing lists to accurately pick and ship customer orders and sales samples.
- Use shipping portals for domestic and international shipments.
- Demonstrate flexibility by stepping into roles beyond core administrative duties, particularly during team member absences or periods of increased workload, to ensure continuity and service standards.
**Service Centre**
- Organise the work area so that items can be easily located.
- Maintain a level of good housekeeping within the work areas in relation to 5S guidelines.
- Complete filing in real time.
- Monitor stock levels.
- Handle receipting and shipping of repairs to customers and other CONMED entities
**Process Compliance**
- Adhere to and uphold all company policies and regulatory standards, including business conduct, corporate ethics, quality system compliance, and regulatory affairs. Proactively familiarize yourself with the specific policies and requirements relevant to your role, ensuring these standards are fully integrated into daily operations and long-term strategic planning. Consult with management or relevant departments as needed to guarantee full compliance with corporate policies and regulatory obligations.

**Person Specification**
**Education / Qualifications**
- Customer Service or business related NVQ or similar would be desirable.
- Will preferably hold a UK driving licence.
**Skills, Knowledge and Attributes**
- Strong prioritisation and a proactive approach to ensure all deadlines are met efficiently.
- Good IT skills to be able to effectively navigate company systems relating to goods in/out and stock control process.
- Excellent attention to detail.

- Demonstrate professionalism and represent a positive company image internally and externally.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
**Experience**
- At least 2 years administration and customer service experience.
