Responsibilities:

- Booking customer vehicles in for maintenance and/or repairs, and liaising with the workshop team to schedule the workload.
- Meeting customers on arrival and providing them with a seamless service, from drop off to vehicle handover.
- Updating customers with progress on their vehicle, as well as authorising additional work and making follow-up calls.
- Liaising with the Workshop, Parts and Sales department to ensure customers vehicles are ready on time.
- Booking and facilitating fleet and customer vehicles for MOT’s and assuring the corresponding work is scheduled for completion as efficiently as possible.
- Liaising with the workshop team to ensure parts are sourced and ordered efficiently and dealing with returns where necessary.
- Finalising invoices, payment processing and scheduling service reminders to ensure customer vehicles are serviced regularly.
- Overseeing customer vehicle handovers and ensuring complete satisfaction.
- General office administration and management.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently
- Knowledge of basic office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners)
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Automotive knowledge a plus

Pay: £18,723.00-£23,500.00 per year
