To plan and execute online and face-to-face events for prospective students including undergraduate and postgraduate Open Events. The role involves building strong working relationships across all departments. Looking for an immediate start.

A well-respected University based in London.

**Description**

The key responsibilities include:

- Co-ordinate and project manage the full scale in-person Open Day Events
- Create and implement customer-centred digital and in-person events
- Manage any enquiries relating to events and visits from key stakeholders
- Oversee or host student recruitment events, visits and webinars
- Advertise the events and visits to achieve maximum attendance

**Profile**
- Experience of managing large-scale events
- Experience of targeting complex events to differing audiences
- Experience of working closely with senior management
- Excellent customer service experience
- Strong organisational skills
- The ability to build and sustain relationships with key stakeholders
