We are looking for a detailed oriented and organised individual to join Protocol Team within our First Response Team as a Protocol Administrator where you would provide administrative assistance within the team, ensuring the smooth progression of cases while adhering to relevant policies and procedures.
**Responsibilities**
- As an Administrator in the Protocol team, you follow up with repairers for garage updates.
- Follow up with third-party insurance companies for updates.
- Monitoring systems for updates regarding liability.
- Requesting necessary documents from clients.
- Recording supporting evidence and managing settlement cases.
- Assisting legal clerks with outstanding tasks.

**What We Offer**

**Working Hours**
This role is Full Time based on 40 Hours per week, and we are also fully office based in Byker, Newcastle.
