An exciting opportunity has arisen, we are working with one of the UK's leading AV System Integrators to find a talented **CAD Technician** **ROLE**:CAD Technician **LOCATION**:Didcot **SALARY**:£20k-£28k **ROLE SUMMARY**:Reporting to the Design Director, the role will be pivotal in the continued growth & expansion of the business, whilst supporting delivery of high quality, well-engineered audio visual and video conference projects to our clients. **The duties of the CAD Technician will include but won't be limited to**: - Production of system related drawings in AutoCAD, which will include AV Layout Drawings, Building, Electrical & IT Works Required, Elevations, Sections, System Schematics, Rack Layout, Metalwork layouts and any other drawings as - Assisting with technical handovers for upcoming - Updating project documentation to reflect "As Built Status" - Updating drawing register as - Assisting with archiving of project folders ensuring all information enclosed is current and accurate, as per the company's quality management - Assisting with the creation of new and maintenance of existing Design Integration templates as necessary. **What do we require from you?** - A good attitude and willingness to learn new skills and absorption of new - Experience of using Microsoft Windows and Office 365. - AutoCAD experience - Experience of working within a Technical/Design environment would be - To be an enthusiastic team player capable of meeting deadlines and going the extra mile to ensure timely project
