My client is currently looking for an ambitious Engineer to join their expanding team in Basingstoke.

**Responsibilities**
- You will be liaising with and lead other members of the design team to achieve a coordinated design solution that meets the Clients objectives.
- Attend meetings with clients and the wider design team
- To learn and support the experienced structures team
- Undertake analysis and design using a range of software packages
- Preparing reports, designs and drawings

**Person Specification**
- A degree in Civil/Structural engineering or equivalent
- A minimum of 6 years' experience as a Structural Engineer in a design consultancy
- Knowledge of basic engineering principles
- Knowledge of British Standards / Euro Codes
- Good communication skills (both written & verbal)
- Experience using 1 of the following; TEDDs, TEKLA, Tekla Structural Designer, SCIA, ETABS or Revit.
