We are a Supported Living Provider for individuals aged 16 and over with a diagnosed Learning Disability. We are looking for fun, passionate, creative and dedicated individuals to support our service users with their independence, this can be from accessing the local community to support with paying bills, going shopping, cooking meals, cleaning etc.

The work we do is as varied as the individuals we support and as a member of the Nights Team you can be involved in some fantastic activities out and about in the local community.

How do you like to spend your evenings? With family? With friends? Bowling? Cinema? Socialising? The people we support enjoy doing those things to. That's why at Prudent we are looking for people to join our team who can help our service users live fun and fulfilling lives.

Our shift times are from 8pm until 8am, rota's are flexible however hours will average out at 40/week (173 hours a month).

Previous experience of working in the care sector would be an advantage, but not essential. All staff must agree to sign up for and complete their Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care within 18 months of joining the organisation.

This is why we offer a starting rate of £11 per hour for support workers with excellent development opportunities. We have a strong belief that by supporting you to be the best you can be, you will be able to support our service users to be everything they want to be.

**Training and Development**

We provide full training and induction prior to starting work with our service users at a rate of £9.50/hour. We will also support you to achieve your QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care as well as support in mentoring and leadership skills, positive behaviour support and career development.

**Salary**: From £22,800.00 per year

COVID-19 considerations:
Rapid testing twice weekly (tests provided), Full PPE (gloves, aprons and masks) provided as required, regular cleaning/antibac of touch points.

**Experience**:

- Care/Support Work: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Level 3 Health and Social Care Diploma (preferred)
