**Salary**: Up to £50,000 + bonus, car allowance and benefits

**Summary**:
Our client is an innovative, progressive logistics and supply chain solutions business. who provide additional warehouse space, pallet storage and operational services to a host of customers including leading Retail, E-commerce and FMCG businesses.

As part of a new service stream development, they are now looking for a Project Manager who will have dual accountability. The key responsibilities of this dual project initiative are set out below.

Key Responsibilities:

- Working alongside the Managing Director, to oversee and coordinate the smooth transition of the business to a new head office facility ensuring that business functions are seamlessly moved over to a new site with minimum business disruption.
- Working alongside the Product Director, to deliver a business transformation project focused around the launch and ongoing development of a new service offering to customers and suppliers.
- Coordinate the input of specialists in new service proposition, IT and software development, commercials and operations to make sure that project landmarks and deliverables are aligned and on time.
- Provide ongoing reporting on work streams and status updates.
- Anticipate and mitigate any issues or time lags related to the delivery of projects.

Key Skills/Experience:

- A proven, accomplished Project Manager with a track record in delivering business transformation projects and new service or product launches.
- An unflappable approach to managing the input of project teams and project work streams.
- An effective and calm communicator with an ability to understand challenges within the project team and find solutions that deliver results and keep projects on time and schedule.
- A solid understanding of how people and businesses go through change and the change process.
- Previous experience of change management delivery.
- Able to influence with good people skills and a flexible collaborative approach.
