Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Fitter to join our team. As a Fitter, you will be responsible for assembling, installing ductwork and ventilation. This is a hands-on role that requires technical knowledge and attention to detail.

**Duties**:

- Read and interpret drawings to understand assembly requirements
- Build, install, and maintain mechanical systems and equipment according to specifications
- Co-ordinate with other trades and resolve onsite issues
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work area

**Skills**:

- Strong mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting drawings
- Knowledge of air conditioning systems is a plus
- Suitable problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Leadership skills to guide junior team members

Pay: £14.00-£18.00 per hour
