We are one of Europe’s leading independent manufacturers of high-quality automotive products and are currently seeking a **Product Cataloguer** to join our dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is detail-focused and looking for a full-time, permanent position in a dynamic and growing industry.
**Location**: Mansfield, Nottinghamshire
**Salary**: Up to £30,000 per year (based on experience)
**Hours**: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
**Holidays**: 28 days (inclusive of bank holidays)
About the Role:
As part of our Product Development team, you will report directly to the Technical Director. Working closely with a team of seven, you will play an integral role in cataloguing new parts and managing our existing product range. You will also be responsible for:
- Identifying new products to add to our range through various analysis methods.
- Accurately cataloguing new parts and maintaining the existing catalogue across internal and external platforms.
- Managing competitor cross-references and performing market gap analysis.
- Providing product support and responses to customer enquiries.
- Monitoring trends and customer feedback to enhance internal and external training materials.
- Analysing data to make commercial recommendations.
- Supporting product approval activities as needed.
- Other duties as required.
What We’re Looking For:
- **Strong IT skills**, with a particular focus on MS Excel.
- **Data analysis experience** or a proven ability to identify discrepancies or gaps in data.
- Ability to **work independently** and within a team.
- Excellent **organisational skills** and an ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Quick to learn and adaptable.
Experience in the automotive industry or cataloguing/data management is an advantage but **not essential**, as full training will be provided.
