**We are currently looking to recruit a Curing Operator for our**:
PM shift Monday to Friday 15.30 pm - 00.30 am (42.08 hours per week).

Dependent upon experience

Rate per hour is £10.82 (operator rate) and, £11.44 (skilled operator rate) or,

**Racking Operator for our**:
PM shift Monday to Friday 15.00 pm - 00.00 am (42.08 hours per week).

The hourly rate is £11.44 per hour

We will train you to gain all the skills you need, just bring along a great work ethic and become part of our team.

**Key accountabilities include the following**:
- Responsible for administration and documentation generated from stock movements.

To work as part of a team and operate more complex machinery and equipment.

Ability to work with a continuous flow of product range

Capable of working to instruction and directed tasks

Supply the required product to fulfil the curing requirements from the holding chiller to the required process area.

Record temperature and weight of product. Ensure stock is used in life rotation.

Always conform to the Customer quality specifications and requirements.

Always operate within the Company health and safety standards and ensure that the work areas are kept clean and tidy.

Clean and tidy own work area so that hygiene and H&S standards are maintained, and undertake straightforward hygiene tasks
