An established and stable business seeking to recruit a Forklift engineer to join our existing team with a busy order book. Salary around 29k basic, up to 2.5k bonus annually + regular overtime.

Job Title: Forklift Service engineer / Workshop engineer / Plant engineer

**Salary**: £29k + Bonus up to £2,500 per annum + overtime at time and a half
Location: Chipping Sodbury
Duration: Permanent
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8.00 - 4.30pm and 3.30pm on Fridays 39 hours per week
Benefits: 22 rising to 25 days holidays + bank holidays, pension

The Forklift Service engineer / Workshop engineer / Plant engineer role is working in a service and repair role.

ideally you will have experience in servicing and repairing diesel forklifts and or plant or an Agricultural engineering background with related knowledge. However general service engineering or vehicle mechanic background may be suitable.

The position involves the service, repair and planned maintenance of equipment and could be either workshop based or a combination of field service and workshop. There may also be the flexibility to be mainly field based and a company vehicle would be providedfor the field service work, so a full driving licence would be required in this instance.

In addition the Forklift Service engineer / Workshop engineer / Plant engineer should have good Mechanical, Hydraulic and if possible basic 12v Electrical experience relating to this type of equipment.

This is a permanent role with a friendly company and team with either workshop or workshop and field based work. £29k + 2.5k bonus overtime at time and a half. There are 22 days rising to 25 holiday + bank holidays and pension.
