**Current Team Information**:
Forming part of the Leisure and Trade division, the Licensed Leisure team advises operators, investors and lenders in the licensed property sector.

We deliver valuation, consultancy and transactional services across the sector and you will have the opportunity to gain a breadth of experience supporting our work across the UK with clients including Young’s, Stonegate, Punch, The Restaurant Group and J D Wetherspoon.

Headquartered in London, we work alongside our specialist colleagues across our network of 131 offices in the UK. There are currently around 60 professionals in the division and we consider ourselves to be market leaders.

**About The Role**:
Supporting our Licensed Leisure agents you would be involved in the following:

- Arranging and carrying out viewings for properties that Savills are marketing
- Liaising with enquiring parties to understand their specific property requirements
- Keeping team schedules updated
- Update and maintain online advertising
- Promote Savills and their properties through appropriate social media channels such as LinkedIn
- Liaising with colleagues both at Savills and at other firms to find out trends/developments in the market
- Keeping clients updated on active enquiries for their property
- Preparation of marketing reports, strategies and sales particulars
- Carrying out market research to enable accurate development advice
- Undertake development appraisals
- Analysing key data and extracting salient information
- Using online software such as Kato, Canva, Promap, GOAD and other property related resources
- Preparing in advance for client meetings, recording minutes and carrying out any actions arising
- To build strong relationships with other Savills divisions and offices and be able to cross sell
- Development of relationships with clients and other property professionals
- Asking questions, interacting and discussing the objectives and day to day work of the team

**Training**

Our training and development programme is highly regarded as one of the best in the property industry, and is geared towards enabling our graduates to reach their full potential. As a graduate, you'll also have regular opportunities to attend technical, business skills and personal development activities - including conferences, courses, lectures, networking, mock assessments, revision sessions and social events - which compliment both your practical experience and meet the theoretical requirements of your APC.

You will have an APC supervisor and counsellor who support and guide you throughout the two year training programme. They will discuss your training and experience needs at regular progress reviews, ensuring you receive the support you require.

Once you've successfully passed your APC and become a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), you'll continue to receive training and career development opportunities.
