Here at Wickes we are looking to recruit a HR Services Advisor to join our Shared Service Team.

Overall, the HR Services Advisor’s time will be split between HR Services calls, portal queries and administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

- Using the online ticketing system, maintain accurate records of calls with colleagues and managers to support effective query resolution
- As part of resolving queries, educate colleagues and managers in self help tools available
- Complete HR Administrative tasks such as employment references, approving new starters and contract changes. Uploading new contracts for colleagues
- Take part in continuous improvement activities to maintain and improve performance of the team, and the experience of colleagues and managers using the service
- Process benefits such as cycle to work, eyecare vouchers and liaise with 3rd party providers as necessary.

What are we looking for:

- Experience of a HR admin/assistant role
- Ideal if worked in a customer service/Ask HR service
- Experience of managing high volume of queries through various channels
- Able to resolve queries, sometimes complex, by asking relevant questions
- Studying toward CIPD qualification
- Passion for great customer service
- Engaging with strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- Technology skills (working with HR portal & ticketing tool)
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of using a ticketing system to log and manage queries
