We have a brand new opportunity for a part time On-boarding Coordinator to join our Recruitment Team based at our Head Office in Sidcup with working from home option. You will be working 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexibility in regards toset up of days and hours of work which will be discussed with successful applicants at interview stage.

This is an amazing opportunity to join our team of 8 friendly and highly driven In-house recruiters to make a positive difference to someone’s life by recruiting Social Care professionals.

Working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will provide a first-class on-boarding service to new employees, including but not limited to;
- Be responsible for the new employee on-boarding process in line with operational procedures and policies.
- Provide a proactive on-boarding administrative service to key client areas making sure all relevant checks are undertaken and ensuring legal and statutory compliance.
- Provide advice and guidance to managers and staff around on-boarding, referring more complex issues to the Recruitment Business Partner and the HR team.
- Maintain the on-boarding area of the Applicant Tracking System.

**What does the ideal On-boarding Coordinator look like?**
- Desired background in Social Care or the educational sector, not essential.
- Experience of using Microsoft Office packages in an office environment.
- Understanding of the role of a Recruitment department in a medium sized organisation.
- Knowledge and understanding of UK & European employment legislation.
- Experience of using databases to store, manipulate and retrieve data.
- Able to communicate effectively both orally and in writing to all levels within the organisation
- Able to work under pressure and to prioritise workload to ensure deadlines are met.
- Experience of using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), desired.
- Self-motivation and flexibility.
- Teamwork.
- Attention to detail.
