John Mulholland Motors is celebrating its 37tH year in Business. Our award winning business has an opening for an experienced receptionist at our Randalstown location.

We are delighted to offer the post of Receptionist/Administrator based in our Randalstown showroom.

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Professionally answer and field inbound telephone calls
- Some administrative duties
- Hosting customers - serving refreshments and maintaining a clean, tidy workspace
- Meet and greet in a friendly and professional manner
- IT literate Comfortable with a variety of software packages or an ability to pick up software packages quickly
- Friendly, positive attitude and enjoys dealing with the public

Although it is preferential for someone to have experience in the Motor Industry, it isn't essential as we will commit to train you in line with our award-winning customer service.

Pay: £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
