**Electrical Maintenance Engineer Team Lead**
**Permanent position**
**Monday - Friday - double shift pattern**

**Our client is a leading manufacturing business who are seeking a Electrical Maintenance Engineer Team Leader to help maintain/repair their machinery manufacturing critical Aeronautical & Energy components. This company is seeking to employ people forthe future, someone who is enthusiastic to jump at the chance to progress within a company.**
Electrical Maintenance Engineer Lead

**Responsibilities**:

- Carry out reactive and preventative maintenance repairing and maintaining Large industrial machinery such as hammers, presses and CNC machinery
- Assist with the introduction of new or modified parts, equipment and tooling.

**Electrical Maintenance Engineer Lead**
Qualifications/Experience:

- To supervise maintenance activities on a day-to-day basis to support operational departments to ensure maximum up-time, efficiency and sales throughput in a cost-effective manner.
- To prioritise resources across the site to ensure that breakdowns are resolved as efficiently as possible.
- To participate with the successful introduction of new/modified parts, equipment and tooling.
- To ensure all team members work in a safe manner adhering to all health and safety requirements.
- To maintain and improve productivity so that production schedules and customer needs are met.
- To proactively ensure the preventative maintenance schedule is fit for purpose and is adhered to, particularly for all equipment.
- To ensure that agreed customer delivery times are achieved and that customers receive a high standard of service at all times.
- To ensure all necessary arrangements for contractors are dealt with in a timely manner and meet health and safety policy requirements.
- To act as the High Voltage Senior Appointed Person on site (with appropriate training)

**Electrical Maintenance Engineer Lead**
Desired but not essential:

- City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing (advantageous).
- High Voltage experience (not essential, this company will provide training)
- Experience of working and fault finding on Machine Tools, CNC machines etc.
- Using test equipment and hand tools to diagnose locate and fix electrical problems.
- Carrying out electrical installations and carrying out preventative maintenance work
- Interpreting work instructions, drawings and schematic drawings
- Computer literate
- FLT License
- MEWP
