**Job description**
We are looking for a positive and highly motivated evening receptionist who will lead and develop our world-class chiropractic centre. Your focus will be to support our small team and coordinate a busy centre, taking care of our wonderful patients in reception.
The advertised receptionist role shift hours are 5:30pm-9pm, Tuesday to Thursday.

**What you will do**:
- making sure the centre is a healthy, energised, co-operative and engaging environment for all our team and patients
- ensuring all our patients receive outstanding, world-class customer care
- regularly liaising with the practice manager
- continuing to build our excellent reputation within the community
- reception duties and day-to-day running of the centre
- ensuring outstanding quality control is maintained throughout the centre

**What do you need**:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- The ability to remain calm under pressure is important
- A caring approach and an interest in health and wellness
- The passion and drive to ensure the clinic culture, ethos and standards are maintained and systems are carried out
- Good IT skills; system training provided.

In summary, you'll need a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn as you continue to engage, inspire and motivate our patients and team, whilst always keeping an eye on the detail.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: £11.44 per hour
Expected hours: 10.5 per week
