**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement individualised mentoring plans for children, focusing on their unique needs and learning styles.
- Facilitate engaging activities that promote physical education, speech therapy, and overall development.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, adjusting mentoring strategies as necessary to optimise outcomes.
- Foster a nurturing atmosphere that encourages children's social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
- Maintain accurate records of each child's development and communicate regularly with stakeholders regarding progress.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in early childhood education or related fields such as special education or toddler care.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and effective mentoring techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with children and adults alike.
- Ability to create inclusive learning environments that cater to diverse needs, including those requiring speech therapy or additional support.
- A passion for educating and mentoring young learners, with a commitment to fostering their growth and development.
- Relevant qualifications in early childhood education or related disciplines are desirable but not mandatory.
