**The Opportunity - Legal Services Consultant**

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a dedicated and professional Legal Services Consultant to join our talented legal team based at our Edinburgh Head Office. This is a fantastic opportunity for motivated professionals with a background in legal support or sales to contribute to a forward-thinking firm committed to excellence.

You will become part of a diverse team of over 100 professionals, all driven by a shared passion for exceptional client care. McEwan Fraser Legal operates seven days a week to provide unrivaled service, and we offer flexible working arrangements to support a healthy work-life balance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and draft various legal documents including contracts, letters, and forms such as LBTT and registration of deeds.
- Ensure accurate and efficient audio typing.
- Manage client files, including updates, amendments, and maintaining case management systems.

**Desired Skills and Qualifications**:

- Demonstrated experience in legal support or sales roles.
- Strong typing skills and proficiency in digital dictation for document preparation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Methodical and organised with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
