CEO

**Reporting to the Chair of the Board, the Chief Executive is responsible for**:

- Providing strategic leadership and delivering the strategic plans agreed by the Board.
- Supporting the Board to fulfil its legal obligations for the management and administration of Devon Community Foundation (DCF).
- Supporting the residents of Devon by working with partners, influencing policy to benefit the county and delivering impact to the community predominantly through grant making and research.
- Working with voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) sector organisations to champion their work and develop solutions to local challenges.
- Managing and developing the financial resources for DCF and to support the VCSE sector by growing the endowment and other fund income.
- Working with donors and philanthropists to enhance the impact of their giving.
- Providing community leadership, developing relationships and actively influencing stakeholders.
- Managing and overseeing DCF’s administration and operations, including leading, supporting, and developing the staff team.
- Monitoring and evaluating the impact of DCF’s work.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: Up to £75,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 per week
