We are looking for a Front of House Team Leader to join our fun and talented team.

**Key Purpose of the role**:
To assist the management team in meeting all Company standards and legal requirements. The Supervisor is expected to understand each section in the restaurant. To display exceptional hospitality and service along with enthusiasm and professionalism, in order to drive repeat business, success and brand loyalty.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Support the management team in delivering the restaurants objectives
- Be responsible for opening and closing the restaurant to company standards
- Able to complete end of night cash management procedures
- Ensure that you comply with legislation regarding Security, Health & Safety and Food Hygiene and Licensing laws.
- Coaching new and existing team members
- Delivering our fresh food to specification, understanding the importance of quality and consistency
- Assist in overall day to day management, for both Front of House and Back of House displaying a professional attitude and appearance at all times
- Working back of house where necessary
- Ensure that all audit requirements are adhered to, including Health and Safety, Food Audits, Stock take, EHO and Financial Audits
- Support the manager to control costs without compromising standards and the guest experience
- Can fully explain and demonstrate the allergen procedures
- Take responsibility to ensure that all employees are trained to the minimum legal requirements
- Communicate key messages to the team
- Talk to and gain feedback from the guests, dealing appropriately with any complaints
- Get involved in team meetings
- Motivate the team through recognition and positive feedback
