**Facilities Co-Ordinator**
Responsible to be onsite on a daily basis for the day-to-day co-ordination of diverse FM Hard and Soft services at a Home Office site based in Doncaster. The role involves maintaining suitable client relationships, The role will report to the Facilities Manager.
**Salary: £32,000 - £34,000**
**Full Time Monday - Friday**
**SC Clearance Required**
**Responsibilities**
Work review - review/check site service when required including cleaning, landscaping, handyman works etc. Where works have not been carried out to require standard the Facilities Coordinator to is challenge this and resolve.
Single Point of Contact for sub-contractors and onsite client.
Liaison with client to confirm status of jobs and proactively chase to completion.
Liaison with local contacts (Home Office) to ensure works are carried out at mutually agreed times.
Booking in Mitie contractors onto site via Home Office in accordance with security/client protocols and Home Office main contract.
Proactively log repair jobs with the helpdesk (monthly building inspections with on-site personnel)
Ownership and monitoring work orders to completion using CAFM
Adding log notes to the CAFM
Monitoring PPM activities and remedial work orders proactively chasing completion
Keeping onsite statutory documents/files up to date
Risk Assessment and Method Statement (RAMS) management (IOSH/NEBOSH qualified desirable).
To deliver a professional service / image whilst representing Mitie at all times in the workplace.
In the event of a reactive issue ensure that the right resources have been deployed as quickly as possible and assist in overseeing the issue until the matter is resolved. Assist in the deployment of additional resources as required. Ensure accurate communications with the client and end customers throughout the duration of the issue.
Managing the services in strict accordance with the corporate HS& E policy directives to ensure a safe, healthy and environmentally friendly working environment for all employees
**What we are looking for**
Experience of co-ordinating in house Soft Services and both self-delivery and subcontractor hard services.
Experience in dealing with sub-contractors and supply chain.
Understands and applies appropriate employee legislation, safety, health, and environment regulations.
Ability to utilise numerous IT packages (e.g., Word, E-Mail & Excel).
IT literate, demonstrable knowledge of operating computer aided facilities management software packages (Maximo).
Experience of working in a busy and challenging workplace / work environment.
An innovative approach and sound leadership qualities.
A professionally recognised H&S qualification - IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent (Desirable)
