The College is dedicated to supporting students with SEN and ensuring that students reach their full potential.

Over the past few years, they have had an increase in young people with both Educational Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and Special Educational Needs (SEN) and have developed their curriculum and grown their staff team in order to offer an outstanding experiencefor their students

They are looking for people to join their Team supporting students to be successful within the Further Education offering. The College have vacancies at Winchester and Andover campuses supporting either Mainstream or Foundation students.

All roles involve supporting students, either in a group setting or on a 1-1 basis, both in class and throughout the college day.

Students will be accessing the college campus as well as the wider community. You will be assisting students with a wide variety of learning needs to realise their goals and full potential.

For all the roles, you will need to have a good standard of education including English and Maths at grade C/4 or above or equivalent and willingness to undertake further training is essential. As well as experience of working with young people, ideallyin an educational setting.

You may be asked to work in one of two areas; either the Mainstream or Foundation Learning provision.

You will require an Enhanced DBS certification.
