Reeson Education are currently working with a single form entry Primary school in Kingston, who are currently looking for a behaviour support assistant who will be able to work with a student in a behaviour support role for a November start.

The role will include working One on One with a Year 5 pupil to make sure that they are making the correct decisions and are able to access the work.

**To be considered for this behaviour support assistant role you will need**:

- Experience working in a behaviour support assistant role or experience working with challenging behaviours.
- An empathetic but strong personality
- Resilience
- A desire to make a positive impact on the lives of students
- available to work full time (Monday to Friday) on a long term basis. 8am to 4pm

All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role as well as the Right to Work in the UK
