This company cover refurbishment, structural repairs, and roofing works, across a variety of sectors such as heritage, commercial and residential. They have recentlyextended services to offer Flat Roofing, Waterproofing, Environmental and Fire Risk Assessment expertise as well.

**Information on the role**
- Monitoring and co-ordinating on-site activities
- Liaise with clients’ representatives regularly
- Lead a small on-site team and both take and give clear instruction
- Execute works yourself
- Roofing works
- Restoration & Repair works
- Refurbishment works

**What we’d like from you**
- **Proven Multi Trade experience**:

- **Proven Roofing experience**:

- Relevant construction qualifications
- First aid at work certificate
- Knowledge of health and safety standards
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communicator
- Detail-oriented and high-level customer service
- Full driving license
