We're expanding our **Loft Insulation Sales Team** and looking for driven individuals who are ready to **earn big**, **work flexible hours**, and **close deals without cold calling**.

**What You’ll Need**
- At least **2 years of face-to-face, direct sales experience**:

- **Home improvement sales background** (essential)
- Ability to **close deals** and meet/exceed targets
- Excellent **communication and people skills**:

- **Own car and mobile phone** (required)
- Outgoing, motivated, and **goal-driven personality**

**Your Day-to -Day**
- Attend **2 pre-booked, qualified appointments daily** in your local area
- Present and promote **Easy-Sprayaway’s loft insulation solutions**:

- Design and sell tailored insulation packages
- Guide customers through the **entire sales journey**:

- Deliver **exceptional service** before, during, and after the sale
