We are city centre based company looking to recruit a part time Administrator on a temporary basis to join our growing businesses. The main sectors of focus will be property, sales and mortgages.

The initial contract will be for 3 months which could be extended to permanent, based upon results.
This fantastic opportunity offers flexible part time hours (ideally 10am-2pm Monday-Friday) and will be providing administrative / secretarial / PA support to the director and senior management.

**Duties will Include**:

- Data entry
- Diary management - Booking appointments and meetings
- Sales/Mortgage Progression - Liaising with buyers/sellers, mortgage lenders, and solicitors
- Using CRM system to add on client documentation
- Social Media Account management
- Dealing with clients mainly over telephone but sometimes face to face.
- General administrative duties
- Marketing experience would be preferred
- Experience within the mortgage or property sector would be preferred
- Good administration and organisational skills
- Positive can-do attitude work
- Ability to work well under pressure and at a fast pace.
- Confident speaking on the phone
- Creative mind for social media content and marketing

Pay - £9 per hour with plenty of potential to earn commission and bonuses*

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 3 months
Part-time hours: 16 per week

**Salary**: From £9.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme
- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
