**Requirements**:
The client is looking for an experienced Social Media Manager to take their social presence to the next level, including reinventing their social channels to better represent who they are today. This exciting role offers complete ownership for its strategy, content creation and execution.

The job offers variety across social strategy, content creation and involves using a range of channels to reach their audience of event suppliers (chefs, mixologists, photographers etc..), event planners and anyone planning a show-stopping party Some days you'll be deep in the data pulling out new insight that drives growth and others you'll be creating fresh content that stops users scrolling.

Ultimately, you will play a vital role within their growing team, helping them to raise the bar as they pursue ambitious growth over the coming months and years.

**Responsibilities**:

- Define, execute and own the Social Media strategy (content creation, strategy & schedule) to grow their reach and increase engagement in a way that aligns with the brand strategy.
- Own reporting and insights. They're a data-savvy company and love understanding how they're doing and where they can improve.
- Own content creation, whether that means creating content yourselves or partnering with suppliers and customers.

**Requirements**:

- Experienced in social media - they don’t care whether you’ve worked in a social media role or have grown a large social following in your personal life, they just need to know that you have the experience to take things to the next level.
- An expert in building a social following from the ground up, taking a channel from 0 to thousands of engaged followers
- Creatively minded, with a strong eye for turning a concept into an attention-grabbing post.
- Experienced across a range of channels, from Instagram and TikTok to LinkedIn
- Experienced in content creation. They are looking for someone who can create great video, photographic and written content themselves.

**Salary**: £26,500.00-£32,400.00 per year
