Our client a specialist manufacturer operating in highly niche market, supplying essential consumables for businesses across the UK and Europe. Following a period of sustained growth they are now looking to grow their maintenance department, by adding additionalElectrical Maintenance Engineer to the team.
**Working as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer duties will include but not limited to**:
- Electrical preventative and reactive maintenance work in an industrial environment.
- Electrical plant installation and modification work in an industrial environment.
- Statutory inspections.
- The use of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems.
- The ability to use and interpret equipment drawings, manuals and other technical information to assist with all works.
- Work in accordance with the company safe systems of work and permit to work systems.
- Ideally have a good understanding of ATEX requirements.
**The ideal Electrical Maintenance Engineer will have**:
- 18th edition or Electrical Recognised qualification.
- Proven experience in heavy industry.
- Working hours will be 8am-4.30pm Monday to Friday.
