**About the Opportunity**
Our Company Secretarial department are looking for an organised and enthusiastic team player to join their team for a period of months, assisting with the day-to-day running of the department and leading on a variation of administrative tasks.
**About You**
We’re looking for an all-rounder who is motivated by a fast-paced environment and isn’t afraid to bring new ideas to the team. And you’ll be joining the fastest growing tech company in the UK, according to Deloitte Fast.
**We are looking someone who**:

- Has experience using Diligent
- Is motivated, well organised and works collaboratively
- Is a team player and thrives in a busy environment
- Has experience writing minutes

**What you’ll do**
- Deliver company secretarial support to the Executive and Board Committees
- Assist with Board, Board Committee and other Committee arrangements, such as:

- Diary management
- Calendar invites
- Collation
- Assembly and distribution of papers
- Following up on actions from all meetings
- Assist with the maintenance of the corporate documentation and records, such as register of members and directors’ details
- Deal with ad hoc queries that arise from other departments, such as supplying corporate information
- Assist with and carrying out filings to Companies House
- Take minutes of certain Committees
- Assist with the management of documentation relating to the employee share scheme
- Responsibility for maintaining Directors training records, training requirements and facilitating Board level training
- Management of the Directors Interests Register
- Assisting with the preparation of the AGM, including drafting the AGM notice and circulation of the Accounts to shareholders
