**IT Support Technician
Wincanton / Somerset
up to £28000 + Benefits.**

CV Screen are recruiting for an IT Support Technician for a fantastic business in Somerset. You will be responsible for providing support to the business for the ERP System and supporting the IT Manager with various projects and tasks.This role Will suita recent IT graduate looking for first role in IT and will require you to be office based 5 days per week.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- IT Systems Support (including ERP support)
- Carry out initial analysis of data within the ERP System.
- Managing the IT Helpdesk to provide 1st Line IT support to users around the Business and escalate to IT Manager when needed.
- Opportunity to assist with new IT and Technology Projects throughout the business.
- Installing new Hardware and Software for new users.

**Required skills (some of the following)**:

- Experience of SQL Query Writing
- Some previous IT Support experience
- Excellent IT Skills, with ability to troubleshoot problems.

**Salary
**Up to £28000 per annum depending on experience

**Hours -Office based**

8.30-5.15 Monday to Thursday
8.30- 4.15 Friday
