Currently we are launching our largest ever technology investment programme;
We are looking to move the whole enterprise onto a Salesforce centric architecture.

This role will be critical to the success of the programme and will form the start of Optionis’ plans to build in-house Salesforce capability.

**What we are looking for**:

- Experienced Developer of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Pardot
- Knowledgeable of the wider Salesforce portfolio of products and ecosystem
- Understanding of good development practices
- Experienced at working with business stakeholders to understand the requirements for Salesforce CRM solutions
- Demonstrable experience solving technical problems with an inquisitive nature.
- Able to work well with non-technical colleagues and adapt style to understand the issue and recommend the right solution.

**What the role involves**:
As a Salesforce Developer you will work alongside our 3rd party supplier experts in delivering the design and development of our future state platform.

**Responsibilities include but aren’t limited to**:

- Analysing and defining solutions.
- Make technical recommendations and participate in testing.
- Develop fit for purpose solutions in line with technical design.
- Ensure solutions are performance tuned and meet security standards.
- Provides effective documentation to support installation/ support.
- Cross skills team members on new functionality/ solutions
- Collaborates with the Project Manager across all stages of the project lifecycle.
- Contributes to best practice for Salesforce development for the team.

This role can be performed remotely from anywhere in the UK.
