Landmarc Support Services is currently seeking to recruit a Site Operative to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for looking after the Training Estate facilities, typical tasks will include cleaning accommodation blocks, and maintaining the grounds and buildings to ensure a safe, efficient and sustainable place for our Armed Forces to stay while they train.

**Shifts run between**: 08:00 - 16:30 from Monday to Friday (early finish on Friday's)

**Hours of work**:37

**Contract**: Permanent

**Location**: St Martins Plain, Folkestone, Kent, CT20 3JG

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Looking after the camps general cleanliness, ensuring it is fit for purpose
- Cleaning offices, communal facilities and accommodation blocks, including ablutions, shower blocks etc.
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- General building maintenance and repairs
- Basic grounds maintenance
- Stock management tasks
- Complete all relevant documentation utilising both IT and paper based systems
- Carry out any other additional requirements as needed
- General housekeeping, caretaking, DIY and maintenance skills
- Knowledge of Health and Safety and COSHH procedures
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to complete documentation
- Basic IT skills with ability to use a tablet
- Licence not essential but desired to drive company vehicles
