**Role overview**
We are looking for an engaging and reliable person to join our busy friendly team as an Administrator.
**The role**:
- Manage converted cases alongside the advisers to ensure all paperwork and relevant documentation is completed as well as updating the case management system and ensuring accuracy of case notes.
- To be aware of and follow compliance procedures and processes
**Key competencies**:
- Confident with good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to engage with others and be a team player
- Have a keenness to learn and take on responsibilities and have a desire to wish to succeed and help the company grow.
**Key skills**:
- Ability to communicate effectively via telephone and written media
- Ability to work under pressure, have a pro-active approach and good time keeping skills
- Confident in using computer systems and the Microsoft Office suite required
- Ability to understand basic business finance is desirable.
**Salary**: From £20,800.00 per year
