The Sportsbook Trading Operations Manager role is based within the Digital Operations team focusing on many aspects of Sport trading and analysis. The role will report to the Director of Sports and be essential for ensuring our marketing and promotionalplans are aligned with the key sporting events and regular analysis of performance is performed.

**Main Accountabilities and Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for managing all aspects of the relationship between Sport product provider and Grosvenor Sport
- Utilise the data available to review and identify Sport trends (on player and group level) and work with internal departments & Sport product provider to optimise Sport revenues
- Obsess over the performance numbers by sport and work with the teams to create strong propositions that will drive performance improvements
- Work closely with the Commercial Analyst to dig into the numbers behind our performance and assess what is driving performance
- Work closely with the Sport product provider to understand what improvements they are making and ensuring that Grosvenor’s needs are met by this
- Work with the Performance Manager to update the wider business on the performance of Sport by composing and distributing weekly/period/quarterly Sportsbook reports with a high degree of insight/analysis and clear action planning to deliver change. Workwith various data sources to compile data
- Aid with the devising, execution and optimisation of sportsbook campaigns from the Sportsbook Operation and provide updates to the wider business where relevant
- Work with the Product team and Sport product provider to aid with building the product roadmap and ensure we are maximising our opportunities
- Regularly review and analyse competitors (both current sportsbook provider and regular sportsbooks) to ensure Grosvenor operates at the top end of industry standards
- Assist in meeting targets and hitting KPI’s set for the Grosvenor Sportsbook

**Qualifications**
- Sports Trading experience or experience within a Sport team
- Proven knowledge/experience of Sport
- Knowledge of Horse Racing preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and able to work with data
- Ability to effectively manage internal stakeholders and a strong team player
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, time management and organisational skills
- Data and performance driven
- Ability to come up with ideas/concepts and suggestions/improvements and follow these through to implementation
