**Responsibilities**
- Greet, seat, and engage with guests warmly, creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
- Take orders **accurately and efficiently**, using your initiative to keep service running smoothly.
- Confidently upsell and maintain genuine, positive interactions with guests.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages (including making great coffee) while **adhering to all food safety and hygiene standards**.
- Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and good energy throughout the front of house area.
- Collaborate closely with the entire team—front and back of house—to ensure seamless, timely service.
- Use effective **time management** to stay calm and efficient during busy periods.
- Handle guest inquiries or concerns with kindness, professionalism, and a calm, solution-focused approach.
- Support your teammates, communicate openly, and contribute to a positive team environment at all times.

- Strong understanding of food safety practices; coffee-making skills are a bonus.

Pay: £12.21-£12.50 per hour
