The successful applicant will be proficient in all relevant aspects of this role such as a pleasant manner, keenness, enthusiasm and energy. The ability to learn and to be able to explain to others, administrative skills, organized with attention to detail, good communication skills and the ability to communicate by telephone with customers & suppliers as well as willingness to assist in general office duties
- Processing all purchase supplier invoices and refunds (credit notes) accurately
- Analyze purchases by expense type
- Ensure correct treatment of VAT on expense invoices
- Setup and maintain supplier accounts
- Reconcile supplier accounts and handle queries
- Sending out remittance advices
- Process credit card statements
- Create spreadsheet using Excel
- Maintain the purchase order system
- Reconciliation off all Purchase ledger
- European Intercompany balances
- Good knowledge of all Microsoft office software including Excel.
- Proven track record of Administration and Sales

Essential Criteria:

- To be customer focused
- Good organizational skills
- Background and experience of processing orders
- Primary language English (or equivalent), German, Spanish, French or Italian speaking would be a definite advantage
- Excellent administration and communication skills
- Must be very organised.
- Goods hands on approach as you will have to help out other departments when needed
- Monday to Friday working, no weekends

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: £19,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
