My client is looking for an Immigration Local Coordinator to join on them on a 6 month contract. As an Immigration Local Coordinator, you will be responsible to ensure compliancy with new immigration regulations You will join the Compliance team to accompany the business and the employees on their legal obligations (on tax, immigration, social security, labour law) around Business Travelers/Short Term assignments. Role: Immigration Local Coordinator Pay: £31.19 per hour via Umbrella (inside IR35) Location: Broughton - hybrid working approach Contract: 6 Months - 35 hours per week Monday - Friday **Job Profile** Manage interface with External Immigration Consultants currently in charge of immigration administration of moves from / to UK to ensure the initial and continuing right to work of employees going on "short international move" therefore ensuring Airbus compliancewith EU and national laws Collect & provide all the necessary data needed by provider to make an assessment and administrative visa request & posted worker notification if any according to country combination and activity performed - from the business/HRBP (job desc, salary info, home and host entity details ) - Collect from the A1 coordinator the A1 request + Health Insurance certificate if applicable - Collect the company information / official documents (such as KBIS + attestation de vigilance in France) Ensure a global tracking of employees concerned by such process, date of VISA, posted workers notification expiry date In order to identify and assess compliance risks, provide a one stop shop for Airbus internal purposes (HR Managers, HRBPs, Early Career Managers, Line Managers, Recruitment Business Partners, Customer Services, Reward Operations, Global Mobility, and Security): - Consolidation of knowledge with transnational HR (GM, SPIR international). - create collaborative network with other Immigration local Coordinator - monitoring of legislation updates Ensure compliancy with new free movement short stay regulation. Analyze reportings delivered by external providers in charge of tracking travels for 90 days within 180 days limit for UK nationals traveling to the EU: - make recommendation to the business and define mitigation actions - liaise with immigration providers to seek for possible solutions to ensure lawful continuity of right to work after 90 days limit is reached Skills/Experience & Education & Training Knowledge of immigration, posted workers directive mandatory Diploma in Employment law would be a plus Line Up Aviation has carved its own place in the recruitment of Aviation and Aerospace personnel all over the world for more than 30 years.
