**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a talented and motivated EHSS Administrator to join our dynamic team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
As an EHSS Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the EHSS department with compliance, reporting, and administrative functions. Your key responsibilities will include managing the internal Eco Online reporting system and following up on outstanding actions, generating monthly data reports and updating EHSS communication platforms, taking minutes during EHS meetings and addressing any queries, assisting with data input and report generation, monitoring safety protocols and supporting inspections to ensure regulatory adherence, helping identify potential hazards, and maintaining accurate records and documentation for reporting and compliance audits. This role offers a valuable opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and gain hands-on experience in the field. With dedication and a proactive approach, you can develop the skills and knowledge necessary to advance to the next step as an EHS Officer.
**Responsibilities**:
- Support the delivery of training sessions, including toolbox talks and EHS inductions.
- Liaise with Department Managers to order workwear garments.
- Provide general support and assistance to the EHSS department.
- Assist the EHSS Advisor with health and safety monitoring activities and compile information related to general concerns.
- Support the internal reporting systems and follow up on any actions.
- Provide administrative support to the EHSS Manager by compiling statistics for monthly reporting and supporting month-end tasks.
- Arrange and maintain all records of EHSS training and update the SPARK internal training software.
- Update EHSS communication platforms including the internal intranet.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and communicate this to the appropriate departments.
- Arrange rotas for racking inspections, EHS meetings, etc.
- Manage Eco Accuvio enquiries and the EHS inbox.
- Manage waste transfer notes.
- Attend and minute EHS Committee meeting.
- Prepare service level agreements between depts.
- Upload training materials to SPARK and retrieve data from SPARK.
- Support and conduct EHS inspections and manage month-end EHS inspection administration.
- Arrange rotas for EHS inspections, racking, EHS dates, and defibrillator checks.
- Organise external training sessions and manage the training on site.
- Create posters like safety week or occupational health campaign
- Schedule OH surveillance appointments.
- Coordinate with waste and PPE contractors.
- Update EHS forms as required.
- Manage safety glasses vouchers
- Ensure full alignment with the company's vision, mission, and values.

**Skills/Experience**:
- Good numeracy and literacy, GCSE grade 5 or above in Maths and English
- Attention to Detail, ensuring accuracy in inspections, reports, and documentation is crucial.
- Strong Communication Skills: Effectively communicating with team members, managers, and other departments.
- Proactive Attitude, taking initiative to identify potential hazards and suggest improvements.
- Organizational Skills, managing multiple tasks, maintaining records, and meeting deadlines.
- Willingness to Learn, being open to new information and continuously improving your knowledge and skills.
- Teamwork, collaborating effectively with colleagues and supporting the EHSS Manager & Advisor.
- Basic Knowledge of EHS Principles, understanding the fundamentals of environmental, health, and safety regulations and practices.
- Problem-Solving Skills, identifying issues and developing practical solutions.
